How To Assemble A Pedestal For Kiosk

 

Suitable for several of our IP43 and IP55 kiosks, our pedestals for kiosk come flat-packed. That’s why we will explain to you in this article how to assemble a pedestal for kiosk by yourself and how to mount a kiosk on it. You can also view our tutorial video.

 

How to assemble a pedestal for kiosk: instructions

 

1. Assemble the sides with the bottom back panel using M6x10 screws.

 

2. Assemble the sides with the bottom front panel using M6x10 screws.

 

3. Assemble the back top panel to the sides using M6x10 screws.

 

4. Assemble the top cover to the sidewalls using M8x35 screws.

 

5. Insert the front top panel and lock in place with key provided.

 

6. Finally, assemble the base plate to the pedestal using M6x25 screws.

 

 

 How to assemble a kiosk to the pedestal: instructions

 

1. Place the kiosk on top of the pedestal.

 

2. Open the kiosk door and place M10x90 bolts provided into the pre-drilled holes in each corner of the kiosk and pedestal. 

 

3. Open the front panel of the pedestal and using nuts and washers, tighten each of the four bolts in place.

 

4. Insert the front panel back in place and lock. 

 

5. Close kiosk door and lock.
