GRP Architrave Over Box Door and Frame (701 x 504mm).

Meter box cover to suit recessed meter boxes which is manufactured from SMC, a solid and durable, yet lightweight material. This cover comes with a tapered back which can be tapered to fit Wavin, Medium Permali and Tricel meter boxes.

• Manufactured from highly durable, fire retardant SMC door.
• Supplied with hinges, lock and key

Fitting instructions

• Clean the inside of the frame of an existing meter box with a cloth
• Apply Silicon around the frame of the GRP Architrave Overbox. Put the nozzle of the cartridge touching the architrave edge. Apply a thick bead of silicone.
• Apply a thick bead of Silicon in the top and bottom corners
• Slide the GRP Architrave Overbox in place into the existing meter box (Check that the GRP Architrave Overbox is in its correct orientation)
• Drill 4 holes with a diameter 3.5mm drill bit in the moulded slots.
• Secure the GRP Architrave Overbox in place with self-tapping screws
• Attach the meter box door to the GRP Architrave Overbox and close
