Shipping and Returns Information
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, it is based on the weight of your order. The amount will be shown before you commit to payment. Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.
The earlier in the day that we receive your order, the better chance we have of despatching it on the same day. Normal delivery times for the UK vary from 1 to 2 days once despatched. If for any reason your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.

Please note that we do not ship products to countries other than the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you reside in another country, please contact us for further assistance.
If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call. If you do not call or contact Meter Boxes Direct Tel: +44 (0) 1453 791616 or firstname.lastname@example.org, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the second delivery.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return items to us within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in the original packaging with order details enclosed. Packages can be addressed to:

Please note we are unable to refund any delivery costs. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once package is received.
1 Year Parts Warranty
If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within one year of purchase we will offer to repair or replace it at no cost to you. If we ask you to return the product to us we will credit you with the cost of return postage. We will ask for a description and possibly a photograph of the fault. The warranty does not cover normal 'wear and tear' that occurs in normal everyday use or damage sustained by misuse or use outside the manufacturer's instructions. If we are unable to replace or repair the item for example, because the product is not available and the item is returned to the warehouse, we will refund the cost of your purchase.
