Delivery & Shipping
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout, it is based on the weight of your order. The amount will be shown before you commit to payment. Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.
The earlier in the day that we receive your order, the better chance we have of dispatching it on the same day.
Normal delivery times for the UK vary from 2 to 3 working days once dispatched.
For larger items (such as Kiosks) or when multiple quantities are ordered, delivery vary from 3 to 5 working days once dispatched.
If for any reason your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.
Click & Collect
You can pick up orders (in person only) at our local depot in Tricel (Gloucester) Limited, Fox House, Stonedale Rd, Stonehouse, Gloucestershire GL10 3SA between 12:00 - 16:00.
Our reception staff will assist you, however, we cannot process credit card payments on-site.
You can place your order online using our website. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection by our warehouse team. Allow at least one working day for collection.

Please note that we do not ship products to countries other than the United Kingdom. For delivery to Ireland please contact us on 00353 (0)64 6632421 or visit: Tricel Ireland's website. If you reside in another country, please contact us for further assistance.
If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call.
If you do not call or contact Meter Boxes Direct Tel: +44 (0) 1453 791616 or info@meterboxesdirect.co.uk, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the second delivery.
