Overview

 

Covers are used to protect the meter itself from harsh weather conditions etc. It surrounds the meter (gas or electric) and includes the door frame as well as the meter box door itself. Tricel offers a range of covers which are listed below.

4. Frames and over boxes - gas 

 

As for the electric options, a gas overbox or a cover is used to go over an existing meter box. 

 

• Mark 2 Surface Mounted Gas Box Door and Frame - UK Standard (503 x 407mm)

 

Pipe and cable covers

 

Used to cover sheath exposed riser pipes and cables easily. All covers are manufactured from GRP - Glass Reinforced Polymer.

 

They are easily clipped on overexposed piping and suitable for both gas and electric meter box units. All pipe and cable covers are resistant against rust and corrosion.

 

 

 

• Gas covers available in sizes: 32mm, 63mm and 1m

• Electric covers available in sizes: 32mm
